Statutory books that keep their own history.
Every register entry gets a fingerprint chained to the one before. Corrections sit on top; the original stays.

Start sealing from today.
Keel records where each register stands on the day you start, as an opening position, and seals every entry after that. It does not judge what came before.
Keel makes no claim about anything recorded before the opening day. Every extract states the date the book was opened on Keel and that nothing before it is vouched for.
How the opening position worksThe investor's lawyer wants the register by Friday.
- 1
Send a link, not a courier.
Give the lawyer, auditor or inspector a seat on the registers they need. It ends on the date you choose, and every view is logged.
More - 2
Let them check it themselves.
Anyone holding a sealed extract can check it against its fingerprint on the public Verify page, without calling you.
More - 3
Hand over a pack that is certificate-ready.
Inspection packs list each entry's SHA-256 hash value and the algorithm, to enclose with a certificate under s.63(4) of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023. Part B and the decision stay with the expert and the court.

Keep preparing registers the way you do now.
Keel imports your registers from Excel or CSV, seals them and lists every mismatch for your team to review. Registers kept in Gen CompLaw are imported as spreadsheets too: export each one to Excel and we match its columns by hand.
The offer
Choose five clients. We seal their books.
₹25,000 for year one, for up to five companies, import included. ₹4,000 a company a year after that, no GST is charged.
Pick the five where someone outside the firm is likely to ask for the registers in the next twelve months: a fundraise, an audit, a share transfer or a sale.
See Seal fiveOnce your firm has a paid company on Keel, a company it incorporates and opens on Keel within 30 days can start sealed from day one: first year free, then ₹4,000 a year. Born on Keel
