New companies can start sealed.

When your firm incorporates a company, open its books on Keel within 30 days of incorporation. The subscribers, the first shares and the first directors are sealed from day one.

First year free. Then ₹4,000 a year per company, no GST is charged.

The renewal price is on your invoice from the first day. Nothing renews unless your firm pays the renewal invoice.

Why day one

A register sealed from the first entry never needs an opening position. Every allotment, transfer and appointment after incorporation carries a fingerprint chained to the one before, so the company's whole history can be checked by anyone it chooses to show it to.

What the founder gets

Your firm can give the founder a seat on the company's book: read-only, ending on the date your firm sets, with every view logged. Any extract your firm issues can be checked by anyone at keelregistry.com/verify, which shows whether it matches, never the register itself. Neither costs the founder anything.

How it stays within the rules

Your firm opens the company on Keel and keeps its book; Keel provides the software. Keel never sends founders to firms, never lists firms, and takes no share of any fee. The price is a flat amount per company, shown up front.

Born on Keel is available to firms that keep at least one paid company on Keel. Seal five is the usual way to start.
