A registers section for your diligence checklist.

Free to copy into your own request lists. It works whether or not the company uses Keel.

Statutory registers
(a) Register of members (MGT-1), register of directors and key managerial personnel, and register of charges (CHG-7), as on the date of this request.
(b) Where the company keeps sealed registers, provide them as sealed extracts showing each entry's hash value (SHA-256) and the extract reference, so that each extract can be checked independently.
(c) Where registers are not sealed, provide copies certified by the company secretary, with the date of the last entry in each register.
(d) For each sealed register, the date the book was opened on the sealing system and the correction entries made since, as shown on the extract.

Checking what you receive

A sealed extract carries a reference at its foot. Type it into Check a sealed extract: the answer is a match or not, with the date the entry was sealed. The check never shows the register's content.

If you are given a seat

A seat opens the registers the company's secretary chose, for the days they set. You need only your e-mail. The firm sees when you opened the seat, which registers you read and what you downloaded. Download the inspection pack before the seat ends; its reference checks on the Verify page at any time, so you can cite it in your report. How seats work.
