Adjudication orders are published on the MCA website. Each summary links the order, cites its number and date, says whether it is under appeal where that is known, and stays with what the order says. No penalty sums are worked out here for any company.

If a summary is wrong, write to desk@keelregistry.com. We correct it within 48 hours. An order may be appealed to the Regional Director within 60 days of receiving it (Companies Act, 2013, s.454(5) and (6)).
