The offer

Choose five clients. We seal their books.

Pick the five where someone outside the firm is likely to ask for the registers in the next twelve months: a fundraise, an audit, a share transfer or a sale. We import their registers, seal them, and hand your team a sealed book for each.

₹25,000

for year one, for up to five companies, import included.

Each company beyond five: ₹4,000 a year. From year two, every company is ₹4,000 a year.

No GST is charged.

What your firm gets

  • The five books imported from your exports, with a mismatch list your team reviews
  • Each register sealed from the day you choose, with the opening position recorded
  • Seats for auditors, investors and lawyers, logged and ending on the date you set
  • Inspection packs listing each entry's SHA-256 hash value and the algorithm, to enclose with a certificate under s.63(4) of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023
  • An automated register check for each company after import, for your firm only: a data check, not an opinion or an audit
  • A full export of the book, with its fingerprints, whenever you want it

Imports are booked in the order they are placed; we confirm your week by e-mail within one working day.
